Over the past eight years, I have worked across artist operations, festival production, media, commercial partnerships and business development within the live entertainment industry. Each role gave me a different perspective on how creative organisations operate, create value and grow.
 

I am currently completing an MBA to complement that practical experience with business strategy, finance and operations. My ambition is to help the businesses that operate within the creative industries optimise their strategy, operations and commercial performance while strengthening the creative and cultural value they deliver.
 

Alongside this, I am developing advisory services for artists and creative entrepreneurs, helping them design sustainable business models, build resilient careers and turn creative ambition into commercially viable businesses.
